Day 01: Full Day to Philae Temple, High Dam, and Abu Simbel Temple

Our representative will pick you up at 3:00 AM from your hotel in Cairo to catch your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan Airport at 6:00 AM, you'll be met and assisted by our representatives. Transfer to visit Philae Temple and the High Dam.

At 11:00 AM, you'll be transferred to Abu Simbel in a modern air-conditioned vehicle to visit Abu Simbel Temple. Built by Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty, the colossal Temple of Abu Simbel is among the glories of ancient Egyptian monuments, recently saved from the Nile waters. The temples were carved into a sandstone rock cliff, featuring the deities to which each was dedicated on its massive façade. Nearby lies the smaller temple dedicated to Ramses II’s wife, Queen Nefertari, honoring the goddess Hathor.

After the tour, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Aswan for check-in and an overnight stay.

Day 02: Train from Aswan to Luxor - Full Day Tour of West & East Banks in Luxor

Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan to transfer you to Aswan railway station for your train journey to Luxor.

Upon arrival at Luxor railway station, you will meet our tour guide and begin your exploration of Luxor’s West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon. Start with the Valley of the Kings to visit the tombs of various dynasties, then proceed to the Temple of Deir El Bahari built for Queen Hatshepsut. During the return journey, stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous statues of Amenophis III.

Next, you’ll transfer to Luxor’s East Bank to visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. The Luxor Temple features a grand courtyard and granite statues of Ramses the Great. Proceed to Karnak Temple, a series of temples built during different reigns. Walk along the Avenue of Sphinxes, visit the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with 134 towering columns, and the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tuthmosis III. See the sacred lake and the Granite Scarab of Amenophis III.

After completing your tour, you’ll transfer to Luxor Airport for your domestic flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you’ll be met and assisted by our representatives and transferred to your hotel in Cairo.
